Privacy Policy
How Greziva collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Information We Collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone, delivery addresses), order and subscription history, and payment references (never full card numbers, which are handled directly by our payment processor).
We do not keep a record of the pages you visit or the products you view. The only usage information we keep is the anonymous daily counts described below.
Anonymous counts and experiments
To see where shoppers get stuck we add one to a daily counter each time a product is viewed, added to the basket, checkout is reached or an order is placed. The counters hold only a number per day: no account, cookie, device ID or IP address.
We sometimes show half of visitors a different version of a page to see which works better. Your browser picks its version from a random number it keeps in its own storage (it never leaves your device) and we count only how many visitors in each version saw the page, ordered or hit an error. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we store nothing and show you the standard page.
When you send a message through the contact form, send a review or have a delivery that fails, we also note which topics it mentions (for example delivery or freshness) and whether it reads as positive or negative. This tag is kept with a reference to the original, never with the text, and is used only to spot recurring problems. The original stays with the service it was sent to and follows the retention in this policy.
How We Use Your Information
To process orders and subscriptions, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and send service-related communications.
With your consent, to send product updates, seasonal offers and recipe content. You can opt out anytime.
Data Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with delivery partners, our payment gateway and email/SMS providers to fulfil your order — never for their independent marketing use.
When you pay online, our payment processor (Razorpay) receives your name, email and phone number to fill in the payment form. When you choose "Use my location", your device's coordinates (and nothing else) are sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to turn them into an address.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted transmission and restricted internal access.
