Using Our Service

You must provide accurate account and delivery information. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has given us theirs, contact us and we will remove it.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Product Availability

Availability depends on farm production and delivery zone coverage. We'll notify you if an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Greziva is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
