From Tray to Table: A Typical Day

A simple look at how microgreens move from the growing tray to your kitchen.

Racks of microgreen trays in several varieties, ready for harvest

Microgreens are grown in trays, from sowing to harvest, over a matter of days. Each variety has its own pace.

On harvest day, the greens are cut at the base with clean tools, checked by hand and trimmed to remove anything that does not look right.

They are then packed into protective containers and placed in insulated packaging to stay cool on the way to you.

Orders are dispatched for delivery in your slot. The aim is simple: the shorter the gap between cutting and your kitchen, the better the greens taste.

Once they arrive, move them straight to the fridge and enjoy them within the window shown on the pack.
